You remain responsible for your own accounting records, statutory returns, tax submissions, payroll compliance and legal obligations, and you should consult a qualified professional before relying on any figure the Software produces.

3. Accounting, tax and payroll calculations

The Software calculates PAYE, UIF, SDL, medical tax credits, VAT and similar amounts using the rates and tables configured in the platform. Those rates change, and the accuracy of a calculation depends on the tables being current and on the data entered.

You must verify every calculation against the current published rates before you pay, file or submit anything. We are not liable for penalties, interest or assessments arising from incorrect or out-of-date configuration or data.

4. AI-generated output

Several features use artificial intelligence — including rate suggestions, margin alerts, bank-statement reading and classification, and the AI analyst and assistant. AI output is a suggestion generated by a statistical model. It can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong.

You must review AI output before you rely on it. Do not use it as the sole basis for a pricing, credit, tax, accounting or employment decision.

5. Bank statement reading and reconciliation

Automated statement reading is a convenience. Documents vary widely in layout and quality, and extraction or classification may be inaccurate. Every imported line and suggested account must be reviewed by a person before it is posted to your ledger.

6. Location, mapping and third-party data

Location, route, distance and mapping information is supplied by third-party services and depends on device GPS and network availability. It may be delayed, approximate or unavailable, and must not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.

7. Availability

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

8. Driver app — safety notice

The driver application must not be used while a vehicle is in motion. Drivers must pull over safely and stop before interacting with the app. Nothing in the Software overrides traffic law, licensing conditions or your own safety policies.
