Cookie & Tracking Notice

The cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage them.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, which is where your consent choice on this site is recorded.

2. The categories we use

We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required to sign you in, keep your session secure, remember your consent choice and protect the platform. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.
  • Functional — remember your preferences and settings, such as the last page you viewed.
  • Analytics — help us understand which pages are used and how the platform performs, so we can improve it.

3. Your choice

When you first visit the site you are asked to accept or decline. Only the strictly necessary technologies are used until you accept; analytics and marketing technologies are used only with your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site and making a new choice.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using the application.

5. Third parties

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use, such as our hosting, mapping and payment providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy notices.

6. More information

For how we handle personal information generally, see our POPIA Privacy Notice. Questions may be sent to [legal@yourdomain.co.za].
